Obstacles and What Lies Ahead

In spite of the great benefits that organic farming brings, it still suffers from challenges like low returns in the first phase, limited access to a market, and high operational costs. However, through the right policies, constant technological improvement, and enhanced eye from the consumers, scaling up will be made easier. Governments and organizations across the globe must allocate resources towards organic farming so as to make the shift from traditional farming to organic farming easier through research, training, and the building of infrastructure.
